"I'm gonna field my very
own baseball team!"
declares "Everybody Loves
Raymond" star Patricia
Heaton -- who just delivered
her fourth son.
The perky 40-year-old actress
-- who plays harried homemaker
Debra Barone -- gave birth to
little Daniel Patrick, January
20 at 8:30 a.m. in Saint John's
Hospital in Santa Monica.
On hand was the beaming dad,
David Hunt, 44, who watched the
little slugger weigh in at a
healthy 8 pounds 9 ounces.
Now the busy mom of four is
already thinking about a fifth!
"Patricia is a trouper in
more ways than one -- she
delivered little Daniel Patrick
by C-section while the hit show
was on holiday hiatus,"
revealed a source close to the
actress.
"It was perfect timing.
She bounced back and only
missed two episodes."
Patricia's brother, Michael
Heaton, said:
"Patty has been called the
busiest mom in show business.
She's also one of the
best."
Added a close source:
"Pat wasn't even out of
the hospital a week when she
was already playing catch with
one of the older boys.
"And David is a regular
Mr. Mom. He's a brilliant actor
and one heck of a bottle
washer!
"The two of them are a
sight. They've really got their
hands full with their
rambunctious brood. Pat told
me, 'They sure keep me on my
toes. But I look at it this
way: I've got half a ball team
already. I might as well try to
man the whole field!' "
Earlier this season the TV
brass literally had to keep her
pregnancy under wraps by
shooting her sitting down,
behind furniture and in loose
fitting clothes.
Now she says, "I can finally
think about getting into a
bathing suit next summer!"
