TV's top clothing designers reveal why stars look so good onscreen:

"No fuss" is the style mantra for costume designer Simon Tuke. Debra Barone, the harried housewife played by Emmy winner Patricia Heaton (pictured left), "is a practical mom, so she needs casual, everyday clothes," he says. This Anne Klein sweater set and Bisou-Bisou skirt are reserved for special occasions. "At first it was frustrating that I didn't get to wear clothes like on Sex and the City," says Heaton, the mother of four boys. "But it's a blessing. My fittings take about two minutes and 22 seconds."
